By far my favorite sushi spot in town. Service is always incredible, quick, and food is delicious. Even on takeout it is fresh and hot when I get home. I'd eat here every day if my pockets could afford it! Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available.

Soba Sushi and Noodles had a great atmosphere with a friendly staff. Drinks were full through the evening, our waiter asked if we needed any extra sauces and took clearly took pride in his work. I ordered the chicken hibachi which came out hot and was as delicious as it looked. My wife got the coconut soup which was great as well. Large portions for all four meals at the table. Price was normal so far as dinner goes. Highly recommend, we'll be back next time we visit NC!

Wow! Met a friend in town and she said we can't pass it up. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The impressive 80 to go boxes for orders made me understand why it's loved so much. Appetizer Japanese Jalapeño Bomb- do not pass it up!!¡ the Koni salad was a little different than normal but with all the same stuff. Still very good. California rolls were perfect and fresh we really think the flavors were so much better with the soy paper. The Bilt.ore roll was full of crab and so yummy. The Power roll steak we charred nicely and added an additional layer of flavor to the roll, it was great. But the Crazy Drag Roll was by far the best of the 3. Absolutely phenomenal. So good, I almost didn't want to swallow it. Do not hesitate getting this roll. 100% go back! Thank you.

While on vacation, we managed to find Soba Sushi & Noodles for some delicious Asian foods. John and I split a plate of stir fry vegetables with fried rice and each ordered hot tea- the honey ginger tea is definitely the way to go!!! I ordered the green tea and basically stole John's tea, lol. The food was plentiful and cooked perfectly. We picked shrimp as our protein and they plated the dinner split- which lead to John snagging a shrimp off my plate! He said I had more than him, joke was on him- neither of us could finish all of the food! But I finished my shrimp! The restaurant is spacious with outdoor patio seating- they really check all the boxes here. Service was exceptional, including sending me home with a cup of that honey-ginger hot tea! Thank you thank you! A wonderful meal while on vaca.
